think about yours and if it's working for you.

ways you can cope to help you regain self-control and calm.

FACT - When you gain new skills and strategies, your confidence grows,             helping you manage your emotions and actions in tough                         circumstances, allowing you to reduce stress and effectively                   solve problems as they arise.
